Cake & Go FAQ
How are the jars shipped?
All Cake & Go Jars are shipped via USPS Priority/Express Mail or UPS, depending on the best delivery time and location. We always aim to get your treats to you fresh and fast!
What happens if the icing melts during shipping?
This is completely normal! Our buttercream may soften or melt slightly into the cake during transit. Simply refrigerate your jars upon arrival.
How should I store the jars?
Keep jars in the refrigerator once delivered. For the best taste and texture, enjoy within 5–7 days.
Can I freeze the jars?
Yes! Our jars freeze well for up to 3 months. Just thaw overnight in the fridge before enjoying.
How big are the jars?
Each jar is 6 oz, which equals about 2 indulgent servings of cake and buttercream.
